It is so important to me that not only does your wedding cake have the wow factor but it tastes delicious too.

I use only the finest and freshest ingredients, including real butter and free range eggs. Within each cake are four layers of delicious sponge, encased in belgium white chocolate ganache.

Creating a perfectly smooth base, ideal for covering with premium fondant to achieve a flawless result.

Please note, I do not offer cakes covered in buttercream and semi naked cakes.

CLASSIC VANILLA

Light vanilla sponge, madagascan vanilla buttercream & strawberry preserve filling.

LEMON

Zesty lemon sponge, lemon buttercream & lemon curd filling.

CHOCOLATE

Moist chocolate sponge, smooth chocolate buttercream filling (optional addition of salted caramel).

CHOCOLATE ORANGE

Moist chocolate orange sponge, tangy orange filling, chocolate orange buttercream.

CARAMEL

Caramel sponge, salted caramel & smooth caramel buttercream filling.

COCONUT

Light coconut cake, madagascan vanilla buttercream & tangy lime curd filling.

RASPBERRY

Raspberry & white chocolate sponge & velvety white chocolate buttercream filling.

CHERRY BAKEWELL

Cherry sponge with cherries, almond buttercream & cherry preserve filling.

CARROT

Moist carrot cake & madagascan vanilla buttercream filling.

RED VELVET

Rich red velvet cake & madagascan vanilla buttercream filling.

BISCOFF

My flavour menu has been expertly curated with each flavour being carefully considered to ensure that every taste is perfectly met, with light, delicate sponges that stay moist.
